Or perhaps you exhaled some e-vapor that lingered, in which case it would fail to meet Standards for dispersion. Not sure.

Mabey Nessie needs a biger e-cig ...lol lol .... She was mabey having an e-cigar .... I think thats why the VAPOR ...lol ... hangs around that few seconds more ....lmao ...hahahaha....
