I was looking for something else and stumbled on this. A AA size 14500 battery with tabs. Tadiran AA 3.6V Lithium Battery, w/Tabs. I thought this would be perfect for building in something other than a battery case. Some of the ideas I've come up with are containers that don't have a ready to install batteries. This would solve that problem as I could solder my wired directly to the battery. According to the description it 3.6V 2100mAh Lithium. They don't say it's protected, but that's easily solved with a PCB from here. They have a few other sized of batteries with tabs there as well. I can finally rebuild that battery for my cordless drill as well. While I'm at it, I just might hook up a atty to the back end of my drill. :D

14500 batteries will never get even close to 1500 mAh, let alone 2500.
The battery you linked to is not rechargeable and that it is why it has a higher mAh rating, but still a deliberate lie, common of this type of websites.
To add insult to injury , the price is outrageous.

Building in something other than a battery case... sure, it has been done, but what are the tabs for anyway?
You would solder it and then when it needs recharge you will...?

Your cordless drill most likely does not work at 3.6v, so you can not hook your atty into it.

Look around this area of the forum for dozens of mods made in most anything but a battery case. :)
