I have had this to a mild degree before, but never like this. I vaped my usual fruity vapes today, and I wasn't getting the usual kick of taste I'm used to. It's been weird all day...oh, well... :glare:

Then I had a glass of wine, and my taste bude are totally dead. I can't taste hardly anything. Fire 'n Ice burns my tongue and makes me cough on the very 1st vape, like always, but I can't really taste it. I guess this is a night to vape flavorless since it doesn't matter anyway, and I need my nic. Why waste good, tasty juice on a tongue that won't appreciate it? Bummer... :(

Your taste buds regenerate every two weeks or so. Sometimes this dulls the taste of our juices. Welcome to the world of "flavor cycling!"

It could also be that you've been vaping the same flavors for too long.

When I go through flavor cycling, I just switch flavors for a few days and go back to my favorites when I can taste again.

Here we are again on the same thread! Do you want to be my friend? lol Well, I had a nice dinner, and I felt like I could taste much better afterwards. I will be more aware of the "flavor cycling" in the future. This is a very interesting topic. In the meantime, I will try to switch up my flavors a bit more.

Thank goodness we can recover from this. I was tempted to add more flavor to my juice. It's a good thing I didn't because I may have ruined it.

I hate it when this happens. I suddenly think, "But noooooooooooooooooooooo... this is my favorite! What if it never tastes good again?" But then it eventually does.
