Aargh not now!

My 808 manual passthrough stopped working today just in time for New Years. It's a week old.

Does anyone have any suggestions I can try to get it working?

It looks ok but strangely enough when I look down the battery casing I can't see any wires. I thought there were supposed to be a couple of fine wires.

The only thing that I could suggest, try fiddling with the plug.
I had another that had problems, and a wiggle of the plug, might get it to work.
You could also try to squeeze the plug, maybe it would get more contact with the usb outlet.
