What you have there is a rebranded Eastmall Indulgence V3, an all mechanical mod that is not regulated. If you are using 2 3.7v batts you are vaping at 7.4v, the device has no wires, solder or electronics. Mine actually says "Indulgence" on it but I got mine from vapingzone.com. It can be vaped at 3.7v using one 18650, 5V using the NIMH batts, 6V using 2 RCR 123a's and 7.4v using two 3.7v batts. It will even take 2 18350's but is not recommended.

Thanks for the addition info, I guess that's reason #435 why I should invest in one of those volt meters to screw into the atty connection to check voltages. I was going based on the info from the vendor. I appreciate the information!
