When I first landed on planet ECF I hit the newb threads hard for a few weeks and that helped so much. Every ECF member helped me and I was amazed how great the ECF community was. The ECF library was essential and all those visual guides showing the inside and out of the hardware. But even still, I would scratch my head early on when I would see posts like:

"Well my 510 was losing TH so I changed to a different PG / VG ratio of 80%/20% and upped the nic since this worked great on my 901 and KR808 and even better on my 306. However, the low bridge versus the high bridge made a difference as well. And as soon as my 18350s and 14500s start losing their umph, I'll go with some super high drain IMRs, I dunno, maybe 18650s. At that point I may take my eGo and modify it with a syringe or tank. Then I can use my Riva and bottom feeder for other situations. If my mod could just handle the LR setup that would be great, but since it's HV I'll probably fry anything LR, unless of course, I take out my VV. I hear the woodius maximus fidius patronus aferensus kicks ...., but everything is subjective."

This is very helpful now I don't have to get my daughter to explain what the short forms mean now. Thank-you I am from the old school, when everything was spelled out accordingly. I wish I would of started out reading the newbie forum.

haha well dont feal bad me being "new school" still dont comprehend half the abbrevations it seems as if people find shortnings for paragraphs nowa days IMASPPNTSBLAJWIO "I mean at some point people need to stop being lazy and just write it out" :)
