new to this and very curious to learn more -- learned a lot already!

very cool -- much appreciated!

Ok.....so I am getting a little frustrated with the posting rules and quotas. I don't just want to sit on the three threads that are available to post for newcomers and just keep posting junk like this, but that looks like all that is available. I am fine with my user name, so that one's out, and I don't care about live chat, so that's out. It says 5 posts are necessary to post in "other forums," but I'm already past five and I can't seem to post anywhere. I have 8 inane posts, and I guess if I can just figure out 7 more, I will get recognized by the system or something? Anyone have any advice here? Ay.

Oh, wait a minute, I figured it out.

Oh wait, no I didn't.

Definitely a cool feature in the wonderful world of acronyms and E.C. / ECF slang.

Now that's what I call DYW <--- (dipping your wick)

Hmmmm... didn't work... but the ECF one did.... See, there it goes again.

Wonder if there's a way to manually enable this feature for new and upcoming acronyms..... (Thinking out loud)

I believe a bit more testing on my behalf is in order.... (Thinking out loud... again)

This could be fun (Yep.....doing it again)

Hi everyone .. I am new here :) :vapor:

what does Mod stand for? I read somewhere that it is an abbreviation for Modefied. Yet I heard one reviewer of repairable atomizers on youtube explain Mod differently (I forgot what she said and all I remember is she GeekGirl something as her nickname on youtube)
would love to know it
:)

Welcome to the boards.

Depending upon the context that the word Mod is used:

Mod: Could stand for a Modification to a device ans parts of a device.
or
Mod: Can be an abbreviation for Moderator

Hope this helps...

Peace-
