My home town may ban ecigs in all public places. I can no longer stand the smell of smoke so I guess I wont be able to stay anywhere long.

Wisconsin state legislature in 2013 sought to exempt eCigs from indoor smoking bans. That was a very interesting hearing.

Anybody know what happened at the council meeting yesterday?

The council decided to amend the bill to only ban ecigs to minors. I along with 19 other people got to speak in favor of leaving ecig users the hell alone!

They said the indoor ban issue would be tabled for now so we may have to fight this battle again.

Unfortunately, the news article focuses on the comments by one council member who wanted to ban vaping.

Even when we win, the news media highlights the fear mongering claims made by e-cig prohibitionists.

I spoke alot about FDA corruption with drug companies and their failed attenpt to ban ecigs via drug delivery device in 2010, ofcoarse none of that made it in the news. I hate the FDA and wish i could smash some faces of the corrupt!
