So I have a 26650 box made for me now I guess it comes with tubs you can put 18650 inside the you can use the 18650 in it but something about that don't seem safe is it? I'm only asking because the 18650 battery seems to have more to pick from seeing it's hard to find a none efirt battery that has more then a 20amp c

Ahh, ok, as long as there is a tub to keep them from being able to slide sideways, you should be ok. Otherwise, no tub = no 18650's :)

Just pick 18650's that can handle the current you'll be pulling from them. If you can't narrow it down to just one battery "best" choice then post your list of the one's you're considering and we can help you narrow it down.

I didn't listen to the entire video but he is utterly and completely wrong about the current rating for that switch. Switches are not rated in watts and it's a nonsense number for a switch. That's a 3A switch and it won't handle much more than that 3A rating before beginning to arc, spark, pit/erode the contacts, and either cease to function or weld closed. No matter what the voltage is.

The voltage rating for a switch is for determing how well it can interrupt current flow when opened and for safe spacing of internal components of the switch. You cannot divide down the AC voltage rating to the DC voltage of a battery and then up the current rating by the same amount. Seems to make sense theoretically, via ohm's law, but it cannot be done in real life.

This is a dangerous mod in my opinion.

Now as the switch would it be just as simple to throw in a 60amp switch?like this

That 60A rating seems good until you read further down...it's a 2A rated switch.
That seller should have a pit bull unleashed upon his private parts for saying it's a 60A switch!

[edit] True 60A switches are pretty big...lots of current to deal with and huge contacts to minimize the effects of arcing/pitting at those high current levels.
