I'm having a little bit of a hard time following you. You're in London, but you ordered from a French site, are you French? Just wondering, anyway I don't have experience with UK sites, so can't help with that. What may be a good idea is to try RY4 eliquid, it is tobacco based with caramel and vanilla, it's one of the best selling liquids. All RY4's are different though depending on who makes it, so you may have to try a few. You could try Halo tribeca, a little pricey, but many like it.

A good vendor for any type of liquid you could want that ships out relatively quickly would be Mt. Baker. This website offers hundreds of different flavors for all around $5 for a 15 mL bottle. This also lets you customize your VG and PG percentage to your liking and adding extra flavor drops. I would suggest just roaming around this site for flavors that might interest you. This is the only vendor I buy from and it is definitely worth the price, which is cheap!

I'm puffing on a premix made by Flavourart right now. The flavor is Maxx blend. Its a mellow tobacco flavor very similar to tribeca. It is an italian company, don't know if that will help you with shipping or not.
