About to pick up my first rba .Im getting a RSST and 400 mesh and 30 gauge kanthal A1 wire.
So my question is what kind of ohm difference should I see using 3 wraps vs 4 wraps ?
I want to end up between 1.0 ohms to 1.5 ohms. The lower the better .I understand more wraps equals higher resistance.Im just wondering how much difference I should expect. Thanks in advance

but if you measure the length before you put it into the wick you can always be spot on, especially if you have an ohm meter. a 3-4 wrap of 30g will give you *around* an ohm, a bit above perhaps depending.
