i agree with the 2 batteries per person thing, they don't have to be vv or anything just a backup for when something goes wrong, i've had batteries die and other odd things happen while out and i'm glad i always carry a backup even for my provari. you can get a cheap ego that's about 16 bucks, constant vapor is a good place for those. as far as menthol goes, vapedudes and mister-e-liquid both have ice collections that are way overpowered for me but then again i hate menthol lol.
your set ups sound good, i would also recommend a couple evods (at some point) just in case cartos get frustrating
