I used to own a business. We built it on customer service to repeat customers. Sometimes, it cost me money, mostly it got me repeat customers.

In the two months I've been vaping, I've only dealt with madvapes because of their impeccable reputation. They just did for me the kind of thing I used to do for repeat customers. They went above and beyond.

Thanks TDale for the kudos. We do take a beating sometimes but it's what my dad taught me years ago along with always being professional despite the urge to do otherwise. I always think that if this was me what would make me happy

Every time I've ordered from madvapes I've had above-and-beyond service too.

The only thing is, every time I go to add something new to my shopping cart, two or three other items I already had in there "fall out" of my cart because they've sold out of something else, LOL.

It is a wonderful thing to know a supplier who is doing well and growing, because they actually practice the Golden Rule.

When I started I shopped at many different vendors. Thanks to the excellent experience I have each and every time I go there, Mad Vapes is the only place I go to. For those that haven't taken the plunge, there are a couple of things to consider:

- Old time Customer Service, where YOU are more important than your MONEY (or that is the impression they come off with every time I go)
- The Employees are into this hobby as we are, and get excited about products, not like it's another J O B
- When I go there, or send a newbie Vaper out there I can always KNOW that I or they will always be taken care of, and the team goes the distance to help even when they are busy
- They want you to be honest! If it's a reaction to a new flavor or new product, they genuinely care

This is exactly the business that you want to put your money into, and I for one will happily continue to.

Hoog and all of you Mad Vaper Geniuses (I don't know your ECF names) my hats off to all of you!

Couldn't agree more. Madvapes is my go-to supplier. They really do work to treat every customer as if they were their only customer. Not only that, but they could charge a lot more for many of their products. Other vendors charge a lot for similar (or in some cases lesser) products. I don't begrudge anyone for making a profit, but Madvapes isn't JUST about the profit. They really do try and think of how they can make a product affordable for as many people as possible because they want people to have access to the product and not have to break the bank for it.

Not to mention, they work their butts off! I can't believe the amount of orders they're able to ship in 24 hours.
