I placed an order on 12/12/10, an issue arose that someone with a near identical name (first & last) placed an order on the same day. LiquidXpress made an error (that I totally understand happening) while packing the two orders due to the likeness in our names.
The other Cody received his (my) order yesterday (12/15) and realized the error. He contacted LX, then he contacted me... I called LX about five minutes after that (1:15pm) and Mike (?) answered, he was very courteous and acted very responsible for the mix-up. He then said that LX was going to usps express me my original order, I asked what they would like me to do with the other Cody’s order and Mike said to just keep it.
Well, it's now 11:30 am central time and I received the order that was usps expressed to me about 15 minutes ago, the other order will come with my normal mail delivery this afternoon. I am very impressed with LiquidXpress, they know how to keep customers happy (I wasn't upset with them anyhow, mistakes happen). LiquidXpress went way above and beyond, as someone who formerly worked in order sales for a worldwide clothing retailer I couldn't have been more impressed.
If you're on the fence as to who you should buy your juices from, go with LiquidXpress, you won't be disappointed!
