Guys, I've just re-discovered the fabulous green meanie at my B&M, and was wondering what fruit flavors would pair well with it. From my searches, dark fruits and vanilla would be a good place to start, but I'd like to know from you all what works for you. I'm deffinitely getting started on DIY early next year, and I'd love to have a few absinthe/fruit or even absinthe/tobacco flavors on hand. Many thanks!

Those both sound tasty actually. Right now I'm on a blueberry kick as well, so I may give that a shot. Keep in mind I'm not into DIY just yet, just blending juices I have available. Keep 'em comming guys! -Kingboomer

Nothing wrong with blending pre-made juices to create flavor combinations you like, but since this is the DIY forum, I will encourage you to consider giving it a try. There's lots of great info and helpful folks here that can help you get started. There is a bit of learning involved, especially if you have no chemistry knowledge, but once you get the basics down you can make anything you want for a lot less than the cost of pre-made.

Oyeah, I'm reading up on the teks and blogs, trying to learn all I can before I take the plunge (AND waiting for finances to get back under control ;) ). Once I get going the sky's the limit!

Anybody who is mixing pre-mades is on the first step into DIY. They just don't know it yet.
