Absinthe + Fruit????

Guys, I've just re-discovered the fabulous green meanie at my B&M, and was wondering what fruit flavors would pair well with it. From my searches, dark fruits and vanilla would be a good place to start, but I'd like to know from you all what works for you. I'm deffinitely getting started on DIY early next year, and I'd love to have a few absinthe/fruit or even absinthe/tobacco flavors on hand. Many thanks!

Pluid by murdock is a combination of orange/mint/absinthe. Its a good juice but would be even better if it didn't have the mint. Try making a mix with Orange.(Not orange oil)

Those both sound tasty actually. Right now I'm on a blueberry kick as well, so I may give that a shot. Keep in mind I'm not into DIY just yet, just blending juices I have available. Keep 'em comming guys!

Nothing wrong with blending pre-made juices to create flavor combinations you like, but since this is the DIY forum, I will encourage you to consider giving it a try. There's lots of great info and helpful folks here that can help you get started. There is a bit of learning involved, especially if you have no chemistry knowledge, but once you get the basics down you can make anything you want for a lot less than the cost of pre-made.

Oyeah, I'm reading up on the teks and blogs, trying to learn all I can before I take the plunge (AND waiting for finances to get back under control ). Once I get going the sky's the limit!

I use TFA Absinthe with their Acai flavor and it is amazing. I mix them in equal amounts, usually at 3% each as they are both strong flavors. But I use an rda and a sub-Ohm build so those using clearomisers or higher resistance builds may want it a bit stronger

I'm actually thinking blueberries and absinthe on top of a caramel cream tobacco blend. I'm doing that this payday, along with apple/absinthe/caramel cream tobacco blend. I'll taste it first of course

I've made Absinthe + Mandarin Orange, Abs. + Orange Cream, Abs. + Green Apple. I loved them all with the plain mandarin orange being my least favorite but still good. I think that citrus and tart flavors pair well with Absinthe. As well as sweet/creamy flavors.

Absinthe rocks, but it's very strong so start low!
