I'm a noob to e cigs and this forum. I've been vaping on a vg cart that came with a starter kit and it is very unsatisfying and thought I may be missing something other than nic. I plan on mixing my own juice as soon as I get an idea of what I like. I've read a lot of your posts and found many of you use tobacco absolute but was wondering about the danger of possible hexane leftovers from the extraction method. Do any of you have any testing information on the product you are using? I make soap, lotion, healing salves, face toner, cheese, wine... and am a DIYer in other areas but I am concerned about the use of an absolute in this application. Smoking analogs is another form of extraction that is dangerous probably because the plant material has had numerous chemicals applied and the burning is oxidizing everything in it. Coffee is healthy fresh brewed but unhealthy burnt. I think the lighter heating in e cigs of an organic extract would probably be the safest.
