What you wrote does not make
sense.
If that is just an AC to USB and the output is 5v 500mA then it is standard USB output and you can use it with any
ecig charging cable but NOT with passthrough (unless the passthrough is actually a real inline battery)
But I do not understand what you wrote for output. There should only be 5v output, no 220v.
Also never ever use the charging cable for one ecig on another. Some models have the same threading and opposite electrical polarity and would be fried/melted. Some models with the same threading have cables that put out higher mA and those can damage and ruin the charging capacity of weaker
batteries with the same threading.
