AC/DC Adapter making noise?!

just noticed this weak "gas" noise from my power adapter ?
is there something wrong with my adapter ? or anyone who have the same problem ??

Output: 5Vm-----400mA

I've had multiple USB-chargers hissing and whining on me, none of them have broken yet or broken anything attached to them.

Why do Some AC Adapters and Power Supplies Make a Whining Noise?

There's some info on why they are whining/hissing/making sound, it's due to the construction of some power supplies.

Nothing to worry about if it still works and hasn't destroyed any devices attached to it. All the noise is due to cheap construction of the charger and no suppression on the dropdown coils.

In the site I linked, there are also ways you can suppress a power supply yourself, but I wouldn't suggest you trying it unless you know exactly what you are doing, as there are risks involved in disassembling a product, that's used at mains voltages (110v-230v)
