So i was mixing some batches up, just messing around and came across a mix that tastes pretty close to that distinctive HALO brand that i love. Recipe as follows
33.33% ( 20 drops) Nic juice - i was using 54 mg in this recipe and diluted it to 18mg
4 drops ( .02 ml) or 6.67% PG
18 drops or (.9ml) VG -30 %
12 drops (.6ml) tobacco Americano from Totally Wicked E liquid - 20%
And finally 3 drops of Caramel candy from The Flavor Apprentice/TPA
