I'm curious how many of the rest of us have discovered a product, technique, etc. by accident or mistake and found it worked really well for you. My examples: not long after starting to experiment with using cartomizers on my eGo, I inadvertently ordered a couple boxes of 808 cartos (the Premiums that LitecigUSA sells). They sat on the shelf for weeks before I got curious and ordered a 510-to-808 thread adapter. I found I liked them much more than the 510 cartos I'd tried, I think partly because the adapter adds a little tightness to the draw that I appreciate.
Not long after, same setup, I guess I missed the drip tip one too many times, spilling liquid down the outside wall. Annoyed, I just took the drip tip off and took to "tailpiping" right off the carto (I think far less risky than trying the same with an atomizer). I don't think I've bothered with a drip tip since. I think the vapor delivery is better.
Quite recently, I mistakenly ordered a couple of the stubby eGo 650 mah batteries. I'd only had the 900 mah mega batteries before (didn't even know about the shorter ones). I've come to like how nicely this smaller size fits in my hand, and the shorter life doesn't seem like a problem because I switch off a lot with a box mod. I may well stick with them.
Your "accidents?"
