Although I tend to prefer vaping directly on the open end of my 808 carto (a/k/a "stovepiping" or "tailpiping"), I've discovered that I need to keep my cartos too wet for that when using my higher voltage mod. I could avoid juice in the mouth with the original carto end cap, but to me they're too much of a hassle to remove for refilling. So I've gone back to my old drip tips, the typical hourglass delrin ones that extend out about 3/4" long. One thing I dislike about the drip tip setup is how long it makes my total box mod unit. (Guy thing, maybe. I likewise felt awkward if ever I had to smoke a 120.) Does anybody make a really short drip tip, like 3/8"?

That's OK-- the diameters are quite close as far as I can tell. In fact the drip tip I'm using was originally bought for a 510. What were you going to suggest?

PaulB while not 3/8 nHaler's colored and twisted 510 DT's are pretty short. I just measured one seated on a Carto and the exposed section is just about 9/16. They are acrylic and I have several of them. I have found the ones that have either white or black as a base color work best for me. Some of the blue ones seem to give off sort of a plastic taste. Hope that helps
Yes 510 and 808 are the same with the inner diameter, I use 510 drip tips on both.
You might want to check out the Delrin Drip Tip for the EGO Dual Coil that Madvapes carry. They look like what your looking for I'm going to give them a go on my cartos when I work up another order. The only other I know of are the Delrin shorty 510s you can find most anywhere.

Pianoguy & SammyT - Good call on the SuperT Tips. Now at least OP has a few choices.
I use nothing but super t shorties on my small mods. Makes them look much better. Looks great on the Reo mini. Even use the non contoured on my Volt. I think the ridges help hold it in my teeth like a boss!
