I haven't had either of those, but I did have their Golddigger for a long time (me keeping any mod longer than a month is kinda a miracle really and I had that one for MONTHS!) and it was a wonderful regulated 5v mod. Never missed a fire and hit extremely well, was well made. The customer service there was great too when I had a question....they were super friendly and got back to me the same day.

I know someone who owns one and I almost bought a Vaporluxe but the 2 amp limit can't handle the dual coil cartos. In my opinion, that's a big deal. As popular as the DCs have become, there will no doubt be more multi-coil designs in attys and cartos in the future of vaping. If I'm going to drop $150 + on a PV, I need to think it's going to last me for a long time in to the future.

I was going to order a vaporlux for the longest time, was just waiting for them to get the cases back in stock. The only reason I decided not to get one is the battery they use. They did ( I dont know if they still do) use the Ultrafire 3000mah battery, and in my opion, they just plain suck. I contacted them about making a custom one using an AW 2600 or 2900 battery, and they seemed willing to give it a go(they did tell me it wouldnt work with a 510 connection but would with the 901), then all communication stopped from them. Despite several more emails, I never heard anything back

Thanks Bianca. Think I'm gonna try one for $35 and 5% off, i'm not losing much. May I ask you what your all time favorite mod is?

That's a good question. :) Right now for 3.7v vaping nothing compares to my Hog mod. I love the all day battery life of an 18650 paired up with the 6ml juice capacity. And loving that it's a push to feed style bottom feeder as tilt and shoot wasn't my friend. The only thing to make me sell my 5v Golddigger was this 5v Genesis I'm vaping right now. The battery life was the same and the hit was the same...the Genesis is just shorter and has the top switch so it's safer to pocket...and the Genesis isn't being made anymore, kinda a collectors item now. I keep a Megalodon because it allows me to break it down into an itty bitty errand running PV. Currently, these three are my favorites. :) I'm still wanting a nice VV or 5v feeder though.

I have the hotbox, the button is not the best but it works well enough that I use it daily when I go out, mainly because of the on off switch. I also love love the built in USB charger. Great company and great mod for 35 bucks. A no brainer IMHO.

Forgot to mention u can also use the hotbox as a passthrough.

Hi,

I recently asked customer support about this, and they replied "Yes, I am currently using a clear dual coil smoktech right now."

So apparantly it should work just fine?

At least I hope so, because I ordered one based on that reply :)
