I'd really like to try Pluid (if I can ever manage to catch it in stock!), but I'm a little apprehensive about using it in my one and only Reo....

In a word, no. It's a different type of plastic. Similar to same plastic containers that acid comes in. Some juices can leave a smell for a while, Pluid comes to mind.

I run Pluid exclusively in one of my Reo Grands. I find that it has made the bottle I use in that Reo a little softer than my other one that I run Boba's in, but nothing that has changed the integrity of the bottle or the seal. If you are using a juice, like Pluid, that is problematic with O-rings, you are going to want to ditch the cap and do the bottle spout mod. Otherwise, your o-ring will swell and will eventually fail to seal.

Some people have an issue with anise juices lingering in the tube / bottle, but nothing that I find can't be remedied with a good cleaning or a tube / bottle swap.

From what I hear about the Pluid, unless you are planning to make it your all day vape, it's better to drip it. Into something stainless, that can be boiled in acid, PGA, and angel's tears later. While it will not corrode the Reo's bottle and tube, it will very likely embed itself into it to the point that any juice will taste like it later.
