Ack! What do I do??

I have a 510. When I ordered it, I got the prefilled cartridges of "tobacco". When it looks like I'm not getting any vapor, I drop a few drops of "menthol" onto the filler in the cartridge. But sometimes, somehow, I end up putting too many drops. So, I end up sucking up straight juice. Yuck! Am I supposed to "drip" onto the atty instead?

Nah-just refill less It takes practice, but you'll get there.

I agree, it could be that you flooded the atty and that is why you are not getting vapor. When in doubt blow!

Take the atty off the battery and gently blow through the atty, that should solve the juice in the mouth, no vapor problem. LOL, we are all there at times. I can't believe I didn't OD on nicotine the first two weeks of vaping.

When you refill the cart it should only look slightly slushy. If it pools at the top, well thats too much. Just take a paper towel or tissue and gently soak up the extra.

You can drip directly onto the atty bridge instead, but you should remove the filler from the cart for that. Drip 2-3 drops to get about 10 good puffs. There will be a slight "burnt" taste when it is time to add more juice, but you really shouldn't wait that long.

I've been dripping onto the bridge of the atty this afternoon. It's nice to know that I can remove the filler now. And that IS better!

I noticed that you've moved several of my topics. Is that because with over 25 posts, I'm not a newbie anymore. Because I sure feel like one! Do "seasoned" members really want to read about my problems getting started?

Sometimes I notice on my 510 that I will get some liquid in my mouth (it comes out of the little hole on the "mouth" part of the 510)

Every few days I pull off the cap on the "filter" (the part with the little hole in it, if you look you will notice the tip of the "mouth" part comes off and there is a little compartment, between the foam and the "tip" (with the hole in it) that seems to catch liquid in it) (use your teeth to pull it off) so I just take a paper towl and wipe it out and put the cap with the hole on it back on. no more liquid in my mouth
