Adapt KR808D-1 or DSE501 to KR808D-2?

Hi y'all,

I just got a DSE501 280mah and also a KR808-1 of the same capacity. I bought an adapter from 501 to KR808-1 and a pack of carts. So far, so good...

The thing is that I have a "Smoking Anywhere" (formerly Smoke51) rig and its connectors are KR808-TWO! I'd wanted to use these batts with my system but no-go. Since my "vaporette" is like 9 months old, I'd assumed this it was a dash one and newer ones are dash two models. Errrrrrnh, WRONG! lol In reading here, I gather mine is "Kanger" model.

So, I can use these batts with the carts I got just fine but don't have a charger for them. I only have chargers for M40x'es and the KR808D-2. The 3 dash-2 batts I have are freaken awesome - MUCH better and stronger construction and reliability than the M40x batts I have (I've looked inside both types). It'd be nice to not have to dork with 3 different setups and just have two so, does anyone know where I can either get an adapter between either 501(female) and KR8-2(cart - female) or between the -1 and -2 models?

I suppose I could fabricate my own adapter, but that would mean cutting up one dash-1 cart and - worst - destroying one of my 3 great dash-2 batts to get the connector threads from it and I'd rather keep them working...

Isn't a DSE501 a disposable e-cigar?

Bloog is currently preparing a debut of a d1 unit (their current unit is d2) - there's supposed to be an adapter too so those that have d2 batts can use d1 cartos. Keep a lookout for it - this may solve your problem.

Hey, I know you posted this quite awhile ago, but I had a problem very similar. Searched everywhere for that adapter.
I just ordered this a few days ago - so - yeah, it's coming from China - and it's real slloooooooooooooow, but the shipping was only $3,- for it, so I can live with it. Anyways, here is what it says on their site: 1x silver multi-adapters for e-cigarette

I'm not plugging this site, only trying to help a fellow vaper out. PM me if you still are in need of these adapters. I am a true noob here - although I have been vaping almost a month - no analogs - but I've spent a lot of time researching, watching videos, hanging out on Forums, etc. to learn what I have - coz I want the best vaping experience possible. I just don't want to possibly get notified that I'm not supposed to post linkZ, etc. so I like these Forums and want to play it safe.
