-1st of all I've been reading thorugh these Super T forums, and I am impressed!
-I want to be a Super T customer.

-Should one get the aluminum or bass adapter and button?

-I'm new to super T, but wouldn't brass tarnish?
If so how often do users clean the brass? (I own brasso) =)
And aluminum isn't as tuff. (correct me if I'm wrong here.)

Is the brass tuffer, and harder to cross thread?

Why not make it out of stainless steel?

EDIT: How do "trustfire 14500 protected" fit the super six?

First, the 14500's fit like a champ, just use the longer spring (included in your order) for the 14500.

Aluminum and Brass have almost identical hardness ratings and both are susceptable to wear and cross threading, especially given the smallness of the threads.

The brass is nearly three times as heavy by volume then aluminum. Brass does tarnish too and will need periodic cleaning with brasso or mothers aluminum polish.

Hope that helps!
