Adapter for ego to SI T3 for dry burning?

Is there an adapter which would allow me to connect my SI T3's to my ego manual batteries? The center post on SI's T3 doesn't make contact with my ego manual.

you can dry burn on an auto X2 by blowing into the end of the battery without the cap on. just don't put your lips on it or it can zap you.
