After I start the "My First Rookie Mistake" thread... That is coming soon cuz I made a $50 mistake... I think.
Thats one of the many great things about this forum! You can skip most of that if you ask first. Lots of wonderful advice! Without it, I’d still be questioning myself.

When I started vaping, my local B&M carried Roar Vapor and they sold a flavor additive called Angel Tears. I used to add that to unvapable juices to make them vapable. Turns out this flavor was nothing more than menthol and for me, a couple drops per tank did the trick. I would imagine some eliquid companies sell a menthol additive or some sort. If not, menthol is readily available at any DIY retail company. I use Flavor West Menthol as it is strong with a little bit of that eucalyptus vibe I like in a menthol.

Actually, finding a fixer is a great first step

Now when you’re taking notes, be sure to write a list of what store bought juice you would have thrown away if you hadn’t been able to rescue it.

When you fully fledged to diy, keep a list of bottles of juice you vaped all gone.

When you tally up how much you spent on diy supplies and how much you saved by saving bad juice or making your own, you’ll see why we are enjoying the process so much!

I bought several flavors this month when I started vaping. They sounded good, but some are not so great. Some are going into a drawer for a few months to try later, because they have some redeeming qualities. Some flavors are usable if I mix in another strong flavor. Some are lost causes. Is there any way to add another overpowering flavoring to the "lost causes" juices so I can *maybe* not eventually throw them out? Or is this a bad idea?
Generally speaking, if I hate an ejuice it does not get better with time (believe me I have tried) so I now try to give away anything I do not like or I chuck it. If I have something that is just OK - maybe not too flavorful or I think I could add another flavor to make it better then I have used the flavor boost from Vape Wild. Flavor Boost | VapeWild

The RY4 is pretty good if you like vanilla and caramel and tobacco. I also liked their Bavarian and butterscotch.

I think it is $8 for a small bottle and a little goes a long way - about 1 drop per ml of juice you are trying to fix and let it blend for a few days.

You can check out all their flavors at the link above and check for specials. When I ordered mine some time ago - it was like 5 flavor boosts for under $10.

And... I have been trying to give away a 60ml of Capone (3 mg) from TheSauceLa - they sent it gratis with my order. They sent me one with an order a long time ago and I do not like it. It is a cereal (yuk) vape. If anyone wants it send me your mailing address via private message and I will mail it to you.
