So AquaVapor isn't making a very good first impression with me. It's probably just me, through. I tried calling them to make sure there isn't a problem with my kit order, which I placed last Thursday evening (so Friday, first thing business wise) because it is still "processing" and hasn't shipped yet, and couldn't get a human....had to leave a voice mail for someone to "call me back as soon as possible". I hate, hate, hate when companies do this...I'd rather hang on hold and wait for the "next available" person to speak with....I know some ppl prefer the voice mail thing, but an option would be nice! Sorry, just needed to vent...

OK, so I called, left a voice mail, and no one called me back....so frustrated, but I think that they're in the part of GA that is under snow?? Does anyone know if Cummings, GA is snowed-in? Even so, I don't think it was a problem on Friday, and I feel like they should have shipped it then, but the thought of winter weather eases my anger at them some....LOL

Aww that sucks. I know I felt the same way about mine. I ordered my kit and it was shipped the same day. It arrived to my work address so that I could ensure that I got the package. It was delivered 2 days later. At the end of the day still no package. I was ....... I filed a usps claim, I stalked the mailman, and asked him to investigate for me. I asked the lobby concierge desk. Nobody knew anything. At this point I'm smoking analogs like a chimney cause I want my damn 510 kit. Almost a week later, the guy who picks up the companys mail came to my office and delivered the package. Apparently he "forgot" to drop off everybody's mail before he went on vacation. He apologized, but I was still mad as hell. As soon as I got it, my eyes lit up as I drooled over "my precious".

Welcome to the forums!

I'm not familiar with the company you referred to. If you placed the order on Thursday, I don't think it's unusually late so far. I've discovered tracking, especially if it is shipped via usps is somewhat unreliable. I have actually had packages delivered before usps ever updated their tracking. When you throw the possibility of crappy weather into the equation it is understandable that it might take a few days for the package to arrive.

I'm sure you are anxious to begin your vaping experience. Rest assured that it will be worth the wait.

Well, Cumming is DEFINITELY in the bad winter weather :( There's honestly no telling when they will be able to ship it, now...bad thing is, I can't afford to just go to a different website and order a 510 or something...until Thursday, and if it hasn't shipped by then, that's what I'm gonna do (just get a regular 510 kit, since I ordered an eGo from aquavapors) and have it overnighted!!! I'm not mad at AquaVapors at all, now that I know the situation (I live in a part of Kentucky that was affected by ice storm 2009...personally had no power or water at my house for a week, and no cell service for as long, too, it was bad). Ah, well, life will go on!

Yes, Georgia in the heavy snow/storm area and a few areas do not even have electric. Also remember, that many of the juice vendors are NOT a large company with phones lines and people to answer them at our beck and call and I have noticed with a few, nothing is done on the weekend.
Hopefully today you will get your order confirmation (some I don't get this at all but order comes and it is great).

I have never ordered from Aquavapor, but I do know they're in the Atlanta area and we are buried under what is (for our state that rarely sees more than the occasional passing flurry, at least) a crippling amount of snow and ice and the mail isn't running in many locations where the roads are not passable. I also don't know which areas are without power right now. Because of the storm, internet is kind of spotty as well. I also think they're a very small business, so I don't know how many hands they have available to help out, take calls, respond to e-mails, etc. I'm not making excuses, but I have heard good things about this company. Hopefully you'll hear from them soon, Busyleigh.

Yeah, after I figured out that it was nasty, snow, winter weather-in-the-south related I totally understand! I don't think I'll hear from them today, I hope they are all staying home today, safe in their houses and staying off the roads!
