Adderall and E-cig

Anyone has any suggestion for someone who's taking Adderall for their ADHD and who hadn't been a heavy smoker (smoked off and on) and is currently on e-cigs? What strength of nicotine would you suggest? And would you suggest PG-based juice or VG-based juice?

Until you know what you might prefer, 50/50 juice in 6 mg nic might be a safe bet, since you weren't a constant smoker. Welcome and good luck!
