I wouldn't worry about the heavy vaping right now. That's common for someone who recently quit smoking, and the only thing it'll hurt is your wallet.

congratz on backing off the analogs free time & on the pc chain vaping? sounds like me too worries me too but then after a while i still manage to reduce the nic. started off with 12mg 80/20 months ago & now i vape mostly 6mg 50/50

I am free of tar for almost 18months. I cudnt believe it and my friend also. I was a dunhill smoker with min 3packs a day. I started to vape after i experienced coughing for years. Yup, now the cough gone already.

3 park = 60 stick so let say you sleep 8 hours a day so 24 - 8 = 16 and 60/16 = 3.75 an hour !!

You could go with a bunch of top-shelf gear and premium ejuice, vape your face off, and still save money, (not to mention your health)!

after 2 years and counting i vape like there is no tomorrow from sunrise to sunset..dont even want to know how many refills and batteries i charged up each day..i am truly satisfied..so many new advantages over smoking..like playing mahjong whilst vaping be4 as a smoker had to leave the game and smoked by the balcony..dont feel any guilt passing my 2nd hand vapor to non-smokers..etc etc..carry on vaping regardless what others might think even thou whatever is so much better than smoking..if i did not vape i will smoke for sure!..happy vaping every1 and "Selamat Hari Raya to all muslim vapers..regards mafig
