You know kaeo I respect your opinion too. But IMO they could better earn our respect if they would respond to our concerns instead of staying silent. I still have not heard an explanation for the dark brown juice. It's obvious several of us were concerned about it. If this was my company I would be jumping all over this and giving a reasonable explanation. Just changing suppliers without trying to appease previous customers doesn't make sense to me. But it's not my company so whatever. She said she would refund my money so that's fine.
