Okay, I am working on determining the best ejuice in the fruit flavor category. The thing that I am finding is that they, for the most part, are just to "demure" in their flavor strength. Well, I was in the baking aisle and saw these little bottles of flavor extract. I bought a couple that corresponded to my flavors. They really helped by adding about 10% to my bottle.

Has anyone done this? I checked the ingredients and PG was there, so was a bunch of alcohol. Anyway, any experiences?

Thanks

I have tried several of the Watkins flavorings at Walmart and have been super pleased. I have tried the Peppermint, PureMint (which is spearmint and peppermint mixed) and the root beer. I buy the cheesecake flavoring from Lorann's and it is great too. I just make sure it is in pg or alcohol and does not have anything that sounds funky. I smoked for over 40 years and never worried about the chemicals so I am not gonna be to picky now. vaping Zone is where I get most of my flavors. I use the gourmet and super concentrated flavors because you only use drops instead of mls. Seems more economical to me. Just my :2c:

Take a look on the back of the bottle and check the ingredients. If there's only PG, VG (or Glycerin) and/or Alcohol, you should be fine. Some extracts and flavorings, specifically McCormicks & Watkins, have other chemicals (i.e. preservatives), dyes and oils in them, which you should avoid. Stick with what's commonly found in the flavors you'd buy from a well-known vendor and you should be good to go.

That said, most extracts and flavors available in stores are weaker, so beyond using them as additives to an existing mix, you're most likely going to use more of them, thus you end up paying more for them in the long run due to limited concentration.
