adding banner to each post

Im curious to how we add banners to our posts, i am no able to figure it out.

The "signature banner" button will appear once you reach 15 posts and the system refreshes (at :25 past the hour). Click on settings located at the top right hand side of any forum page. It will appear on the left side of the settings page.

Many vapinhg sites have a link to getting their sig banner. If you join CASAA, they have one.
