I have never mixed my own. I stocked up on some 80/20 reduced PG 24nic Menthol. I would like to mix this in small batches with some fruit flavors. My question is how to calculate, and what vendor is the best to use(I will pay for top quality and safety). Thank you all in advance.

The simple thing to do is just get fruit flavored juice in 24 and add as much as you like to get the flavor you want. It is still going to be 24, no calculation needed.
I just add flavoring a bit at a time to flavor and it only weakens the mg slightly.
I have 200+ ml of the menthol and don't want to pay for more juice, I'd like to just add flavoring. Thanks for the suggestion Keys.
IMO Perfumers Apprentice - Fruit and Vegetable Flavors is the best for diy flavors
but all flavors are not the same strength. 5% may be good on 1 but need 15% on another. start at 5% and work up till you're happy

Just add a little flavoring at a time till you get the flavor you need Some really good places to get flavoring are One Stop DIYShop, DIY Flavorshack, and the Flavor Apprentice If you are insterested in making your own liquids they have a great section on the forum On Diying. It tells you how to do it It will give you calulation charts and some really good receipes
You could do like KeyzGirls says but I would use the Easy E-Juice calc too and make notes and save the calculations. also let it steep for maybe just 3 days. This way you wont forget what you've added and have exact calcs of your mix, the added fruit extracts will come through more and shine in 3 days then they will the day you mix
