Adding to my mod/PV lineup

So I keep my mechanical mod with me everywhere I go now. Got a ego twist at home and in the car for backup but I need something for on the go. The mech mod is awesome and sturdy but it weighs too much and flings around in my pocket too much and the ego gets destroyed in my pocket (I've had to push the top end back in place multiple times).

I'd like your suggestions for a smaller mod. VV or mechanical, preferably with IMR batteries. I wouldn't mind going with a smaller battery size or a telescopic mod that gives me a choice in battery size but I am a bit concerned about battery life. Not sure what the most common battery sizes are besides the 18650 so if you use one of the smaller ones, any feedback on battery life would be appreciated as well.

Nope... but that's no big. I don't think you're going to get everything you want, because you're going through 2 18650s a day already... unless you want to carry even more batteries.

Maybe a Innokin MVP2.0. Very different form factor certainly, but 2600mAh worth of built-in battery to start with and all the bells and whistles you can stand. Weight might be an issue, but I doubt you'd run out of battery in a day, so no spares (not that there are any) to carry.

Here's an extremely affordable, pratical, durable, and stealthy mod.

Gripper with tank.jpggripper-mod-smoktech-18350.jpggripper_&_knucklehead.jpgGripper-by-Smoktech.jpg

Smoktech Gripper (mechanical). Only $16. $4 for the Gripper Extender (can be seen in the first pic) which allows you to use a tank or clearo. Uses an 18350 IMR battery of 700mAh for approximately 7 hours of use. Uses an XL cartomizer, or with the extender you can use any 510 thread clearo or cartotank. Carry a couple extra batteries with you in a plastic battery case and you are good to go all day long. Easy fit in a pocket.

If nothing else, this is a cheap backup battery device worth keeping in your collection.
