The 75 won't take a 25mm tank. The Mega and Dual will, but the Dual has one of those "glad to see you" pocket bulges

That's right. The Pico 75 battery cap is the culprit. I also have the Pico dual and it's a good around the house vape, but it's a monster for pocket carry. It's like one of those old coffee table cigarette lighters (too big for a pocket so guests wont walk off with it!).

This may not meet everything you are looking for...but for it's practicality and its use I will definitely recommend to you the Vaporesso Tarot Nano.

It is super light, super small, and has an internal battery. You can vape at 80 watts. I use mine with a baby beast tank and it is 2500mah so its got quite a lot of battery life.

They make a similar version to the Vaporesso tarot that utilizes 1 18650 battery but of course that mod is a bit taller. For me, my vaporesso tarot nano is my on the go, very very pocketable vape. The Omni chip in the board is outstanding also. There are several reviews for this mod on youtube if you are curious to its performance.
