I bought an eVod VV here a few weeks ago and LOVED it. I eventually went back to the site to get one for my hubby. The second one I bought was futzy (though I also got him an eGo-T to use as a backup which works beautifully.)
I emailed DV and we tried to do some troubleshooting, but decided it needed to be switched. They sent me a new eVod VV that day, WITH a stamped padded envelope to send back the other eVod.
I find this level of customer service AMAZING! He's my go to online vendor now and as long as I vape he'll have me as a customer. Really good prices to boot.
Going to order an iClear 30 right now and maybe a cartotank. When we finally bump up to APVs, I will get them here.
