As far as vaping technique, the slower you draw, the denser and warmer the vapor will be. In other words, if you suck too fast, the vapor you get will be almost nonexistent. I'm totally guessing here, but the fact that your juice is actually labeled high voltage might mean it only vapes properly in a hotter environment than the gogo creates.
Everyone has their own tastes and definition of what constitutes "a lot" of vapor. For me, I work at my computer all day and if I vape anything higher than 50/50 PG/VG, I end up waving my arms like I'm being attacked by killer bees because I need to constantly clear the air so I can see my monitor properly. I know people who get off on that and vape 100% VG because they love to fog up the room. For me, close to a pure PG juice produces vapor that's about the same consistency as the smoke from a cigarette. I took hard, short puffs on a cigarette so if your smoking style was different you might have a different impression.
Anyway, the only juice recommendation I can make is to order it from somewhere that lets you choose (or at least lists) the PG/VG ratio...
