Another thread in DIY got me playing with Milkstone (Bavarian Cream, Coconut and Sweet Cream) as a base for my Custards and I have a tasty start going!

Hoping to punch the Vanilla up, I tweaked that original base into:

100% PG base no Nic
CAP Fr Vanilla 25%
F'art Vienna Cream 20%
CAP Marshmallow 15%
INA Coconut 10%
TFA Sweet Cream 10%
TFA Vanilla Swirl 10%
INA Wanilla 10%

So for my first run batch I have
CAP VC 10%
Milkstone 2%

I did a 4 hour 150 degree hot water bath (the color change is this neon ruby red monster!) yesterday and did a quick tasting today.

Super creamy and smooth, great mouth feel, buttery without the butter standing out and not too eggy. It needs to go back into the box for about 3 weeks though. The F'art and INA flavors really need that amount of time to develop. I'll let y'all know how it goes.

I just threw another batch together that im sure is going to be amazing. (So sure that I made 16oz bottle)
80/20 vg/pg 10mg nic
10% Cap VC V1
5% TFA Original Caramel
5% TFA French Vanilla Deluxe

lots of bad stuff in this one, but im sure its going to be amazing but wont know for a month

Ive upped the vc to 12% in this mix cause i made a high vg mix, this is the closet thing i have tasted to nicotickets creme brulee yet. So freaking good and its only been steeping a little over a week.

Nice. Have you tried doing this with some Toasted Marshmallow flavor at low %'s? I have been wondering lately if that might work in a CB. I need to place a BC order this week and will pick some up to give it a whirl.

What are the companies of your flavors? I would like to try your receipes.

So, if you look at the recipes above, from anyone, you will see the 3 letter abbreviations of each flavor company used in that recipe. I will try to list as many as I can remember...

CAP- Capella flavor drops
TFA or TPA-The Flavor Apprentice or The Perfumer's Apprentice (same company)
INA- Inawera
FA (or F'art as I'm fond of)- Flavour Art
FW- Flavor West
HA- Hangsen
LA- Lorann's Oils
VZ- vaping Zone
ECX- Ecig Express
OSDIYS- One Stop DIY Shop
M&P- Mom & Pop
NF- Nature's Flavors

There are several others as well. I hope that helps!

Here is my VC recipe that I've been working on:
10% VC (TPA)
4% French Vanilla Deluxe (TPA)
4% Sweetener (TPA)
2% Smooth (TPA)
2% Bavarian Cream (TPA)
1.5% Graham Cracker Clear (TPA)
1% Catalan Cream (FA)
1% Butter (TPA)

How does the Smooth effect your recipe? I have yet to use it? TIA

I typically like fruit and citrus flavors and had not really been into custards/creams until I made this. Then made it again.

Vanilla Custard CAP 4%
French Vanilla FW 3%
Caramel TFA 4%
NY Cheesecake LA 3%
Sweet Cream FW 4%

The real test will be if I make it a third time.
These were the brands I had on hand but it most likely would work about the same with the flavors in other brands you might have.

Randomly decided to throw this together Monday night:

Vanilla Custard (CAP) 10.00%
French Vanilla (CAP) 3.00%
French Vanilla Deluxe (TFA) 3.00%
Holy Vanilla (DIY Flavor Shack) 1.00%
Graham Cracker Clear (TFA) 1.00%
Marshmallow (CAP) 1.00%
Yellow Cake (FW) 0.50%
Caramel Original (TFA) 0.50%

3 Drops Cinnamon Sugar Cookie (TFA)

40/60 PG/VG at 3mg nic

Crock pot steeped for 4 hours at 140* shaking every half hour and I haven't been able to put it down. It's been loaded into my Magma and Kayfun v4 ever since that night. I'm not sure if this 30ml is going to last much longer, I may mix up another and let it steep for a while after the bath.

I see a lot of you using FA creams in yours, I may have to pick some up the next time I place an order.

My favorite, that I've vaped for a year (I've vaped lots, but this was my primary in my rotation):

G Vanilla Custardy II

Ingredientmlg%
Nicotine juice 36 mg (100% PG)13.3313.8144.4
PG dilutant4.074.2213.6
VG dilutant911.3530
Dulce De Leche (TPA)0.750.752.5
Ethyl Maltol 10%0.150.150.5
French Vanilla (TPA)0.30.31
Vanilla Custard (CAP)2.42.48
Totals3032.98100

Strength: 16mg/ml
PG/VG: 70/30
Flavor total: 3.6 ml (12%)

It needs at least a week of steeping. You can leave out the EM if you don't vape it fast ;)

I have enjoyed playing around with various combinations of flavors, mostly creams, vanilla's, custards, cookies and crackers etc to find good vanilla custard vapes as this is my adv apart from morning coffee/tobacco combo's.

Having recently tried halcyon haze 'sweet prudence' I would venture that addition of some fruit in a custard mix could be interesting such as tangerine, lemon zest or other berry type fruits...food for thought:)

CAP VC 12%
FA Whipped Cream 5%
CAP BCC 5%
CAP Tangerine 2%

Hot bath and 1 week steep and is already done:vapor:at it again!!
