Advertiser's choice of wording

I hope this is the right place to ask this. We user of electronic vapor delivery devices all agree it is not smoking yet there was a banner from a forum supplier that had "enjoy smoking" in it. Perhaps they assumed since it was on the ECF site that we would know it's not smoking but if they using that advertizing to the general public..well. Words mean things. Don't want to see this used against us in the future.
