I currently live in Chile. There are no distributors of e-juice in this country so I contacted Boge and they sold some liquid to me directly. I purchased 20x 30ml vials and a e-cig kit.
They've already arrived but I'm unfortunately having problems picking it up.
I was told by the shipping company I had to go to the National Health Service (Servicio Nacional de Salud) since Boge listed the contents as Armoatic Essence and mist maker/spare parts. They make you claim all cosmetics, fragrances, etc. Thinking it would be easier to not say it was e-cig juice I said it was fragrance for the room. Now, NHS is making me submit a document listing the contents of the liquid. Not only that, but I have to go to a special office with other documents. Finally, once that's done I'll have to go to the airport to pick up the items. Ug...
I can imagine I may have some difficulties here once they find out there's nicotine in the liquid. Any advice?
I should mention that the NHS doesn't have details of my shipment so I could probably go back and tell them something different.
