Hi Everyone, I'm new to the Forum but not new to vapor.

Yesterday, Thursday night / late afternoon.. I placed an order with a trusty Vender, most of you know, their located on the East coast but I won't disclose the Vendors name out of respect for their company.. I placed an order for 4 boxes of Boge 2.0 Cartomizers + 4 Big 50ML bottles of E juice... It was around 730PM, I Knew I wasn't going to receive any shipping until Friday ( Today )

So this morning I wake up and check my email... There is no automated Receipt for my order or shipping info.. Then I log into my credit card website and see that there was No charge on my credit card? So I return to the Vendors website and log in with my email and password, there is my order , so it was placed successfully, SO I shoot them an email reminding them that i placed an order, letting them know I didn't Receive any confirmation email or receipt... After Returning home from work around 5PM, No returned emails? No Receipts, nothing.. I go back to the website, log in with my email and password.. My order is no longer in their system? This is really strange. My order is no longer showing in their system, nobody is returning my messages? At this point what should I do? I'm running really low on E Liquid, and with the holidays approaching, should I just place another order with a different vendor? These people are not replying to my messages, and my card was never charged..

They may be on a Christmas break. I would give them until after Christmas before I worried too much. Of course, they should have a message posted on their website if this is the case, but that doesn't always happen.

ETA: I don't know if any vendors are going to be able get you anything before then, but if you get something shipped tomorrow, you may be able to get it in the mail on the 26th. That is, if they don't have to mix the juices or they mix them quickly, and shipping goes smoothly.

could very well be this as a few have posted such a message.

there is also the chance the freak snow storm has affected them, and their ability to get to the office and actually process your order, I work in a lab that receives packages from all over USA, today there were several companies who's phones were left ringing and packages that did not arrive, and this may be what happened to them

I had a hiccup today too. I ordered a few needed items from a very reputable vendor i have used many times and was
Getting concerned that my order hadnt arrived so i checked their site and used tracking number to track order and it was delivered today...except it wasnt delivered today, at least not to me. I sent usps and vendor both emails and didnt hear back, but i know both are busy this time of year, so im trying not to get too freaked out about it. I think a lot of the vendors are probably trying to take time off like most of us, and besides, in this case it is the postal service that is at fault, not the vendor. Anyway, i wrote that book to say dont freak out just yet. Probably a holiday staffing issue.

I know a lot of people are trying to spend the holidays with their familes.. Though at the same time I work in Retail, I know this is the $$$ season.. I can't imagine a well established company just shutting down all operations and emails 5 days before Christmas.. Knowing most people will probably be stocking up because of travel or what have you...

Thumper If I were you, I'd contact you're local post office tomorrow.. USPS is open usually until about 12PM- My girlfriend recently had the same thing happen, she ordered some E juice and the tracking info said it was delivered, the driver accidently left it on his truck. She called and they brought it back out to her..
