I ordered a starter kit from Freedom2Vape on 7/10. They charged my credit card and sent me an email saying the order was being processed. I sent them an email on the 18th asking about delivery time as I had always received orders in about 5 days in the past. To date I have sent 6 emails and called the Texas phone number listed as processing my card payment and gotten no response. The website store has also been closed since around the 12th. The Uk site is still up, but they do not respond to my emails either. Has anyone else had problems with them? Thank you for your help.

Welcome to ECF! Sorry you're having so much trouble!

I would call your credit card company and cancel any and all charges to them. The US website is down, none of your emails have responses and calls are going unanswered. Even if their website wasn't "down for maintenance" I would be so ...... that I'd call my credit card company anyway! There are much better and more reliable vendors in our Registered Suppliers area.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to read you are having a rough time getting in touch with your supplier. I agree. Cancel the credit card transaction and get your money back. Go to a different supplier. We have many reliable, reputable suppliers with excellent prices and customer service here in our forum.

Forum Suppliers - Sortable List

The suppliers here in the ECF forum have been checked out by management and supported by our members.

There 'may' be a supplier in your area that you can walk in and buy your equipment.

Happy vaping,
Paula
