Advice needed

Okay, I am looking to switch/upgrade to something more efficient. Right now I have the V2 start up kit, I have had no problems with it but I want to find something a little better. Something I like about what I have is the carts can be cleaned for reuse, I don't like the idea of constantly having to buy new parts and pieces. The constant refilling and cleaning of carts along with the charging of batteries can be a pain tho.
I am reading about tank systems and mods and I'm not sure what I should get. I don't want to spend a ton of money but I want something that is going satisfy my needs. I'm looking for something where I don't have to keep refilling carts or charging the batteries all the time. I dont want to have to buy new attys/carts all the time, I'd prefer to just clean them if possible. Also I don't think I'd like a drip system.
What do you guys think?

I don't think they make an ecig that doesn't have parts that will eventually have to be replaced ie: atomizers. As for batteries, if you don't mind being attached by a cord, a pass-through battery may be good for you.
If you do some more reading on ECF. The options, ideas and advice is almost overwhelming but I am sure you will find what you are looking for, either through a standard system or a modification (MOD). Good luck.

Unfortunately there isn't anything that is made to last forever. Even high priced mods will require you to replace, cartomizers/atmoizers, wicks, wire, tank tubes, switches etc at some point.

Yes, I do understand that parts will need to be replaced which is fine. I just do not want to constantly be replacing and spending a lot of money. I'm pretty new to all of this and I'm still trying to figure everything out.

I agree that the Kgo or E-Power 510 would be the next logical upgrade and better than say the ego. I can get 4 - 6 days on a mega carto vaping it at 4.5 - 5.0 volts before needing to start a new one. If you want longer battery life than the sharpie models which is about 5 - 6 hours, then you will need to move up to one of the better variable watt or volt models or a fixed volt model with an 18650 battery.. The power regulated, variable wattage Darwin provides me around 21 hours of heavy vaping.

+1 on the kGo and E-Power. They are both really nice 3.7V PVs and give a great vape.

I use an E-Power and love it. The main difference is that it uses non-proprietary batteries, which allows you to take them out of the unit. E-Power batteries cost $4-5 compared to kGo/eGo/Riva batteries that are $14-20, and the E-Power batts last alot longer before they need to be replaced. Everything is replaceable on the E-Power too so its cheaper to maintain. The batteries are 1050mah and I get avg a day to a day and a half on one battery. The batteries are small too so its easy to carry a spare and if needed just unscrew the switch and pop in a fresh battery.

The KGO is a good starting kit. Ferlinco, you would need to also purchase some e-juice and it would be good to purchase some cartOmizers (the part that holds and heats the e-juice). That particular kit comes with cartridges+atomizers, which do the same thing but use two parts instead of one. CartOmizers are more popular, simpler, and work well. They are available in various resistances, which affect how hot the e-juice is vaporized which affects the flavor and smoke feeling. You can get resistances such as 1.5, 1.7, 2.0, 2.5, 2.7, 3.0 ohms and others. I would start with ~2.0 and ~2.7 and see how they work for you. There are many things to try and it takes time to find what you like the best so jump in and vape. Also, try to get some "drip tips" which go in the mouth-end of the cartOmizer and make it easier to refill the cartOmizers. Drip tips (non-metal ones) also help keep heat off of your lips. Yes, but if you buy the Kgo, you will still need to buy some cartos.

The ePower comes with cartos so that would save you some money, plus the batteries are less expensive to replace.

Whichever you buy, you will still need to buy at least one Drip Tip and some eliquid to put in your blank cartos.

i reccomend the KGO thats what i started with but eventually upgraded to a Provari .... but if you do decide to go with a KGO i reccomend buying from darkcityvapor he includes some cartos and a driptip

I would pretty much agree with what the others have said, I went with a vgo from smoke revelution there 650 mAh batts cost 16.95 so replacements don't cost much and there shipping is free, but expect it to take 5 days. Only thing I would say is that for me I haven't had my cartos last more than 3 days before they need to be replaced and I'm not a heavy vapor, even with constant top offs. So if you get 4 to 5 days out of a cartomizers that is excellent. At about $1.50 a cartomizers I'd say it is a ton cheaper than analogs so cost shouldn't be an issue. A cartomizers is not going to last a month so you will be replacing them often.

They should last longer than 3 days. Do your eliquids have a lot of sediment, or are heavily VG? A carto tank will make them last much longer especially if you use a lighter juice with no sediment. You can still use most cartos and they will be the same price if you punch your own.
