advice on a new RDA

I want a new rda but don't really want to spend more then $40 I currently have a CLT V2, mutation x v1( thinking about getting the version 2) and the freakshow by wotofo I also have the lemo and kanger sub tank mini

First of all, welcome!

Second of all, you're going to get asked straight off: what're your goals for this rda? Clouds, flavor, a happy medium between the two? Are you good with clones (specifically your own, as everyone hates others clones but yours generally wants to watch the same channels and order the same pizza toppings but some still have issues with them)?

If you're thinking about a mutation, I would skip v2 and go for v3, it has Phillips head screws but like db said what are your goals for it, there are literally thousands of options, also welcome!
