Very helpful, thank you! I hear about leaking and/or getting a burnt taste. I reckon I will try 2.6/2.8 ohms. Do you recommend a company/brand?

Glad to help. I have not tried the new clearos but the old ones had fragile tubes. I hear they are thicker. I make my own out of syringe tubes and they don't leak. The burnt taste can happen for different reasons. Some are- wicks getting pinched by filler ring, mismatched ohms/volt, gunk build up on coil, etc.

Royal Smoker/Microcig makes the original. There are some knock offs coming and one that is here. It's a larger version of the CE2 and is called the 'Vision' at GotVapes and Kalamazoo tank by another. They're suppose to be good. I think they hold 3+ml.

Dual cartos are ok for eGo's. Even though they are technically LR, the individual coils are standard. So if one coils stopped working you would be fine. I only get a burnt taste if I dont fill the carto to saturation when I first load it, or if I vape it dry.

PS. I like cinnamon. You shouldnt do cinnamon anything in a clear. It can affect the plastic. I didnt try this one for myself. Not worth losing a carto....

I'm pretty sure she's talking about the clear CE2's, but yes, there are clear dual coils. I wasn't that impressed w/ duals even on my Provari but a lot would disagree.

I've used the 510 dual coil low resistance (1.5 ohms) ones ones made by SmokTech with my ego battery. I'm not sure if it is in my head but they seem to me less sharp, a little warmer than the comparable non-clear ones. I've also tried the new jumbo ones, 3.5 ml. I like them both, but they seem to get sort of muddy or bland tasting the 2nd day of heavy vaping - more so perhaps with the 3,5 ml's. Mad Vapes has them and they are all over the web as well.
