I've been lurking these forums for some time now and have gathered a lot of very helpful information. Also, until recently, I've been 100% off regular cigarettes and just vaping for about 3 months. My NJoy NCig's batteries both bit the dust and only carry a charge for an hour or so. While I am going to contact NJoy to see if the batteries are still under warranty, I've wanted to get a new e-cig anyway. Plus, I imagine it'd be good to have one on backup.
This is what I'm looking for in my new e-cig:
1) Penstyle (I've tried minis, and prefer the penstyle)
2) Option for USB passthrough.
3) Ability to refill carts.
4) Availability of replacement parts at a reasonable price.
5) Good amount of vapor.
6) Good throat hit. This is the big one for me.
Also, as a bonus, if I could use my old NJoy NCig carts with it, that'd be a huge plus for me, as I still have quit a few of them left.
Other than that, I had a few maintainence questions I wasn't able to find the answers for.
1) I know that it's bad to let an atomiser dry up. So if I have one e-cig that I use daily and one that's purely for backup purposes, what maintainence should I do to ensure that nothing bad happens to my backup e-cig?
2) Would I be better off just getting backup atomizer(s)/batteries instead of a backup ecig? And if so, what should I do to make sure they stay in good shape.
Basically, I don't ever want to be in the situation I'm in now. That is, smoking regular cigarettes while I stare at my broken e-cig.
I'd also like to apologize if these questions were answered elsewhere in the forums. I'm a bit new to all this and appreciate any help. Thanks!
