Hi Sik. The defining factor is the device atop the battery. A vivi nova atop a mechanical mod will be just like the vivi atop the twist @3.7v....

The reason for mechanical mods is to only be limited by the amperage output of the battery itself. Ie being able to run a rebuildable atomizer say at .7ohms......... Jump over to the rebuildabl atomizer threads and take a look..... there are some stunning devices, being run by mechanical mods.....

and if you want to change the voltage of your setup you could look in ti getting a telescoping mod that you could change your battery setup from 3.7 to 6v the 6v set up will give you a hard hit on most anything you put on it

Now i like the sound of that. What are your recomendations.Tube, Battery, rba, atty, charger. Really like the idea of a side bottom fire.

The best hitting (under 0.01 internal resistance) mechanical mod atm is Poldiac from MMVapors. It uses silver contacts as well optional brass tubes for superior performance and the difference is clearly noticeable. On top of the performance Poldiac comes with a 100% mechanical side button which might be something you are more used to compared to the more common bottom switch in mods and pv's. The only draw back is that you need to clean the silver contacts, say, once in every two weeks to keep it performing up to it's maximum potential.

Something I love & highly recommend is IkenVape's Cannon dripping atomizers. I've never used an eGo Twist but from the specs on them I'd suggest the 1.5, 1.8 and/or 2.5 ohm. Even if you decide dripping is more trouble than it's worth, it's still the best way to test new liquids, bar none. These particular attys can hit like a bear if they're properly matched up (ohms to volts), and they're larger than most dripping attys so they hold a bit more juice. Note that if you get these you'll probably want to get a drip tip for them as well; they have a 510 threading but the tube part expands larger than a standard 510. Here's the link: 510 Cannon Series

Hardest hitting all mechanical PV out there right now is the Poldiac which hits a bit harder than the Caravela which is the next best hitting all mechanical pv. Uses Naval Brass contacts. Caravelas however, are all sold out and unobtainable except on classies.

Poldiac uses silver coated brass contacts, has adjustable contact for battery and also for the atty.

Poldiac 18500 tube w/the DID genisis. Poldiac can be bought w/all three sizes of tubes - 18350, 18500, 18650

I'm new rba and found by making myself nauseated that the quality of vapor coming from one seems to deliver the good better which hasn't been clearly explained to me but it happened that way. Also when you keep wanting more you might honestly be a candidate for WTA e juice from Aroma Juice which helps with chain vaping quest for satisfaction. Even if I vape too much nicotine I'm still wanting more so I use WTA for vaping

I really like the Bolt. Sure it's a cheapo device, but it's nice, saves money, and lets you try out mechanical mods and see if they're for you!

The Bolt is not a mechanical mod.

It's a tube mod.

Mechanicals have no wiring, no electronics...

The Bolt has wiring, and thin wiring that you should replace actually.
