Hi people. I just started vaping a week ago and totally stopped on the analogs. However my exams are around the corner (next week) and I already started to develop flu and restlessness/easily irritated. I can't afford to fall ill. Do you guys think that I should continue to quit totally since i'm already a week into it or should i smoke 1 to 2 analogs a day plus vaping to ease my transition?

Hey there, frogmansg... And welcome to ECF.

I would suggest that you listen to your body. Some people here stopped analogs on the same day, some did it days later, some weeks. And some just don't want to, @ all.

The medium (vaping) is there already, so now it all depends on your willpower. BUT! Nobody should call you names if you failed! Just keep trying.

same as you
Back in the days when i was still schooling, i did attempt to quit for about 2 months, during that time everyday 9-10pm will knock out, sometime even earlier. What made me pick up again was exams, had to burn midnight oil and to stay awake, analogs really did help.

yeah i agree if a few sticks of analog can help you through this short period why not..

When you quit, you'd preferably wanna actually plan when you wanna quit.Quitting smoking can actually disrupt your normal daily life for awhile until you get used to the fact you don't have a stinky stick inbetween your fingers.I planned mine to happen when i was inbetween jobs and it worked pretty well.By the time i got to my new workplace the worst has passed. That being said, all the best for you! It takes a great deal of willpower to quit smoking analogues and those have done it for ages should be applauded.
